How comfort scores work
Comfort estimates quietness (35%), bed comfort (30%), cleanliness (25%), and working room essentials (10%) on a 0–100 scale. When review evidence is sparse, Google ratings, brand, and hotel class provide an estimate. Specific stay evidence gradually replaces that estimate; silence is not praise. Price, reception friendliness, and décor do not directly add points. Recent samples inform complaint rates; selected negative and topic reviews flag risks separately. Limited evidence receives an uncertainty deduction. Open a row to see supporting quotes. Scores are estimates, not measured room specifications.
