Bean and cheddar burrito cut in half on a plate beside one chocolate Core Power bottle4 min
EVERY DAY1 serving

Bean & cheese burrito + Core Power

Three minutes in the microwave and one shake.

≈ 540 kcal53 g protein≈ 12.5 g fat≈ 55 g carbs

Included in every day

Ingredients & method

What you’ll need

Equipment Microwave and a paper towel.

Let’s make it

  1. Unwrap the frozen burrito and wrap it loosely in a damp paper towel.
  2. Microwave on high for about 2 minutes, flip, then 1–2 minutes more until hot in the center. Microwaves vary, so go by the timing printed on the wrapper.
  3. Let it rest for a minute, since the filling gets very hot. Shake the Core Power bottle well and drink it alongside.

Kitchen noteThe shake does most of the day’s protein work (42 g). Drink one a day, whenever suits you; lunch is just the easiest time to remember.

03 / Afternoon

Something to dip.

No cooking at all.

Plate of whole wheat pita wedges, a small cup of hummus, baby carrots and two string cheese sticks3 min
EVERY DAY1 serving

Hummus, pita & string cheese

A no-cook dipping plate for the afternoon.

≈ 500 kcal24.5 g protein≈ 21.6 g fat≈ 55 g carbs

Included in every day

Ingredients & method

What you’ll need

Let’s make it

  1. Cut the pita into wedges. Warm it for 10–15 seconds in the microwave if you like it soft.
  2. Spoon 3 tbsp of hummus into a small bowl and add the carrots and string cheese.
  3. Dip and eat.

Kitchen noteOne 16 oz tub of hummus is about 30 tablespoons, exactly ten days at 3 tbsp. Once it’s open, keep it cold and follow the use-by note on the lid. You have three bags of pita, so freeze one or two on delivery day and thaw each the night before you need it.

04 / Dinner

Cheese, mostly.

Four dinners from the freezer, covering ten nights.

Three slices of baked four cheese pizza on a plate4 nights in your order20 min
OPTION 011 serving

Four cheese pizza, three slices

≈ 570 kcal24 g protein≈ 25.5 g fat≈ 61.5 g carbs

What you’ll need

Equipment Oven (and a skillet with a lid for reheating).

Let’s make it

  1. Bake night: heat the oven to the temperature on the box and unwrap the frozen pizza.
  2. Bake directly on the center rack for the time printed on the box, until the cheese bubbles and the crust is golden.

  4. Leftover night: reheat 3 slices in a dry skillet over medium heat with the lid on for 4–6 minutes, or in the oven.

Kitchen noteTwo pizzas make 16 slices: four 3-slice dinners with 4 slices to spare. A spare slice is about 190 kcal and 8 g protein.

Bowl of cheese ravioli in tomato sauce beside four toasted, buttered pita wedges2 nights in your order8 min
OPTION 031 serving

Cheese ravioli bowl + buttered pita

Microwave the bowl and toast a pita while it spins.

≈ 620 kcal21 g protein≈ 19.5 g fat≈ 92 g carbs
Ingredients & method

What you’ll need

Equipment Microwave and a toaster or skillet.

Let’s make it

  1. Microwave the bowl following the directions on the Amy’s box: vent the film, heat, stir, then heat again until it’s hot all the way through.
  2. Meanwhile, toast the pita, spread it with ½ tbsp butter and cut it into four wedges.
  3. Let the bowl stand for a minute, then eat with the pita for scooping up the sauce.

Kitchen noteThe bowl alone is 380 kcal, so the pita keeps the day near 1,900. Your order has 18 pitas: 10 for the afternoon plates, 2 for these nights and 6 spare.

Six golden breaded mozzarella sticks on a plate, one pulled apart to show melted cheese2 nights in your order12 min
OPTION 041 serving

Crispy mozzarella sticks

Ingredients & method

What you’ll need

Equipment Air fryer or oven, plus a baking sheet for the oven.

Let’s make it

  1. Air fryer: arrange 6 frozen sticks in a single layer and air-fry at 375 °F for 5–7 minutes. Oven: bake on a sheet at 400 °F for 10–12 minutes. These are the bag’s own directions.
  2. Pull them out as soon as they’re golden, before the cheese starts leaking through the crumb.
  3. Let them sit for 1–2 minutes: the middle is molten.

Kitchen noteFarm Rich label: 270 kcal and 11 g protein per 3 sticks. The two bags hold about 42 sticks, so only 12 go to dinners and the rest are spares.
